Smart Start, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for our Care Center Sales team.

This fully remote role manages inbound and outbound calls, sells Interlock products and services, and delivers exceptional service to clients nationwide. The position requires bilingual English and Spanish, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and at least 6 months in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required for this role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
