Job summary

Viamericas is seeking a Field Brand Ambassador to support assigned territories and drive brand growth. This role requires engaging with agents and customers, executing promotional initiatives, and training partners on our products and services.

You will travel frequently to visit agents and set up in-store promotions to boost awareness and sales. The position emphasizes market education, events participation, and collaboration with Marketing to monitor market conditions and pricing.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player.
• Experience in the money transfer industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing agencies, end customers and consumers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Grow the volume of transactions and increase profitability, visit all agents in assigned territory.
• Dress agent locations according to brand standards.
• Participate in the development of promotional programs.
• Set up in-store promotional events and other marketing initiatives to promote the brand.
• Assist with marketing activities such as events and grass root campaigns.
• Support rewards program enrollment and agent training.
• Collaborate with Marketing on market research and reporting.
• Monitor agency performance and communicate needs to management.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain communications.
