Job summary

AMS Retail Solutions in Denver seeks a Field Sales Representative to service and advise on vendor products across assigned stores. You will travel to customer locations, maintain product displays, and provide product information and training to staff.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and technical skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in vendor sales or field sales is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required; some college preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with staff and customers.
• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to service and advise on vendor products in stores.
• Travel to customer locations and maintain product displays.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Demonstrate products and provide training on applications.
• Resolve complaints and support campaigns with staff and accounts.
• Assist with placing special orders and stocking shelves per planogram.
• Report weekly hours, location and sales impact.
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
• Travel may include overnight stays; weekends can be required.
