Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is seeking Collection Representatives to join our remote team. You will handle high-volume calls with consumers who have past-due balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with laws.

The training period starts in early 2027 with compensation starting at $20/hour. Following training, compensation increases to $17.00 per hour plus a bonus/commission opportunity. Schedule typically runs FT 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, with some later shifts

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication with proper grammar.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to obtain PCS certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required laws and standards
• Meet and exceed performance metrics (quality, compliance, collections)
