RevCycle, Inc. is hiring Collection Representatives for a fully remote role. Applicants must reside in Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina or North Carolina to be considered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and typing skills to handle calls and navigate accounts.
• Ability to multitask, use multiple computer applications, and follow scripts.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet consumer needs and company goals.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics (quality, compliance, collections).
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable laws and standards.
• Build trust quickly through active listening and empathetic communication.
