Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a bilingual Relationship Banker to serve customers in California, engaging them through in-person, appointment, and digital channels. You will assess their banking needs, process deposits and loans, and open accounts while teaching clients about digital tools.

The role requires business-level Spanish, NMLS registration, and adherence to regulatory standards. You will collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Advanced ability to engage and communicate with clients in a banking context.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities
