Job summary

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) seeks a Registration/Scheduler to serve as the main contact for the call center at Cholla Health Center in Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities include interviewing patients, collecting documents, data entry, and coordinating appointments.

This full-time role requires English and Spanish, HIPAA knowledge, and strong computer skills. You will support access to care and collaborate with the community resources team to assist patients.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak English and Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of insurance plans and HIPAA/privacy practices.
• Familiarity with NOAH services and medical terminology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to complete documents and records.
• Schedules and confirms health center appointments.
• Tracks no-shows and updates the system accordingly.
• Answers calls and directs to appropriate staff.
• Interacts with patients by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensures patient information and UDS requirements are up to date.
• Collaborates with community resource dept to assist in documents and transportation.
• Attends meetings, trainings, and outreach activities as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
