Job summary

Keystone Health in Chambersburg, PA, seeks a Bilingual Registered Pharmacy Technician to join Keystone Pharmacy on Fifth Avenue. In this full-time role, you will assist pharmacists with prescriptions, enter data, stock, and provide friendly, accurate service to patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician registration required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions by entering prescription information, counting medications, labeling containers, and preparing prescriptions for pickup.
• Receive written, electronic, and refill prescription requests while maintaining accurate patient and prescription records.
• Process insurance claims, verify payments, and operate the cash register.
• Order, receive, stock, and maintain pharmacy medications, supplies, and OTC products.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting patients with OTC products, and directing questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
