Keystone Health is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team. You will support pharmacists in providing safe, accurate pharmacy services while delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.

A detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment will fit well. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, assisting customers, and maintaining a compliant pharmacy, under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Current Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician registration required.
Current CPR certification.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions by entering prescription information, counting medications, labeling containers, and preparing prescriptions for pickup.
Receive written, electronic, and refill prescription requests while maintaining accurate patient and prescription records.
Process insurance claims, verify payments, and operate the cash register.
Order, receive, stock, and maintain pharmacy medications, supplies, and over-the-counter products.
Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting patients with over-the-counter products, and directing clinical questions to the pharmacist.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
