The candidate will mentor market leaders, oversee business development, and collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities and optimize operations. Travel will be required as markets expand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality or customer-service.
• 4+ years managing financials and budgets.
• 3+ years of outside/B2B sales; multi-branch leadership preferred.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable partnerships with hotel leadership teams.
• Communicate with clients to ensure service quality and identify opportunities.
• Guide market teams in client strategies and feedback responses.
• Oversee business development with current and prospective clients.
• Set KPI expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor leaders and develop career paths.
• Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and reporting.
• Stay informed on safety, compliance and process improvements.
