Job summary

HotelPro, a hospitality staffing leader, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead client relationships, recruit and onboard staff, and drive operational excellence across our Tampa market.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor performance, maintain records, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with clients and team members to meet goals.

Bilingual English/Spanish, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities independently are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality staffing operations.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and retain staff.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients weekly to understand staffing needs and opportunities.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and new client launches.
• Fill open positions timely and handle last-minute requests.
• Maintain recruiting tracking and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with I-9, drug testing, and background checks.
• Promote HotelPro culture and values.
