HotelPro is seeking a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Supervisor to oversee staffing operations and support our team members and hotel partners. You will be the main liaison between hotels and HotelPro, ensuring each property has the staffing and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities include building relationships with hotel leaders, visiting sites weekly, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and ensuring payroll accuracy and HR compliance while promoting a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel leaders.
• Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members.
• Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for Team Members.
• Respond quickly to client and staffing needs.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance.
• Promote HotelPro’s values and positive culture.
