Job summary

HotelPro is hiring a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Manager to oversee hotel staffing operations, support team members, and build strong relationships with hotel partners. You will be the key contact between hotels and our HotelPro team, ensuring each property has the staffing and support to succeed.

Responsibilities include visiting sites weekly, recruiting and onboarding, and ensuring payroll accuracy and HR compliance, all while promoting a positive culture and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish is mandatory.
• 1+ year of experience as a supervisor or leader.
• Full-time day shift with ability to work evenings/weekends as required.
• Must be able to drive to Addison, TX and various hotel sites between Dallas and Frisco.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel leaders.
• Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members.
• Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for Team Members.
• Respond quickly to client and staffing needs.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance.
• Promote HotelPro’s values and positive culture.
