Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time Refugee Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive services to ORR eligible refugees. You will conduct intake and assessments, develop individual service plans, and monitor outcomes while maintaining professional relations with clients and partners.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency, strong crisis intervention skills, and the ability to work irregular hours.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Background checks required by funding agencies or CCDBR
  • Ability to work irregular hours and weekends on short notice
  • Ability to interact professionally in a diverse workplace
