Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is seeking a Reentry Outreach Specialist to support individuals returning from incarceration in Boston.

The role focuses on coordinated outreach, LS/CMI assessments, reentry planning, and advocacy across corrections, courts, and service providers. Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong communication skills, willing to travel, and experienced in engaging justice‑involved populations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and mapping to identify Latines at risk for substance use, justice involvement, and recidivism.
• Develop and facilitate reentry groups and clinics, virtual and in-person.
• Conduct LS/CMI assessments for incarcerated individuals to tailor reentry plans.
• Provide health insurance and benefits counseling and reentry planning.
• Support clients at court and advocate with justice system partners.
• Assist with outreach materials and community education about Casa services.
