Job summary

Hide and Seek Recovery is hiring a Redemption Supervisor for our Plano, TX office. This role manages the redemption workflow, approves VR/PP appointments, and oversees the Property Letter process, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and an in-office presence at our Plano main office, with a schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Plano, TX in-office position.
• Strong attention to detail as final checkpoint on paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage the redemption email inbox and respond within 24 hours.
• Give final approval on VR and PP appointments after verifying paperwork.
• Coordinate third-party release approvals with client authorization on file.
• Run the daily Property Letter (PPL) process and upload results.
• Provide backup coverage for Live Chat Specialists as needed.
