Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30+ open salaried positions and select hourly manufacturing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, establish requirements, and prioritize requisitions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate tracking of requisitions, pipelines, interviews, offers, and placements.
• Provide occasional weekend recruiting and interview support as needed.

This individual will oversee full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume portfolio of salaried and hourly positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates.The ideal candidate has a background in staffing or manufacturing recruitment, is comfortable managing 30+ open requisitions, and can maintain accurate visibility into candidate pipelines and hiring activity.
