Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Recruiting/HR Business Partner who will lead full-cycle recruitment for field, skilled-trade, administrative, and professional roles while supporting HR business-partner activities.

The role emphasizes bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate engagement and a strong recruitment operations mindset. The position also manages Encore Electric’s summer internship program and contributes to performance management, employee relations, investigations, and

Qualifications

Minimum one year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Fluency in English and Spanish required, with ability to translate or explain postings and onboarding materials.
Experience recruiting skilled-trade, construction, or high-volume field roles preferred.
Experience using applicant tracking systems such as UKG, and familiarity with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Assist in full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Recruit for skilled-trade, construction, administrative, and professional positions.
Conduct interviews and candidate communications in English and Spanish when required.
Translate or explain job postings and onboarding materials to Spanish-speaking candidates.
Build candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships.
