Staffing Synergies Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to connect candidates with opportunities and support workforce success. You will engage with candidates, hiring managers, and the community in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include screening, coordinating interviews, posting jobs, and assisting with onboarding and I-9 processes. Join a dynamic team and help drive recruiting events and outreach across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent candidate experiences.

• Assist with orientations, onboarding paperwork, I-9 verification, and new hire processes.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and ensure hiring goals are met.
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Create recruiting flyers and advertisements to attract top talent.
• Support HR and operations teams as needed.
