This full-time role emphasizes direct interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and the community, and supports offices in New Jersey and adjacent locations. You will source, screen, and onboard applicants, coordinate interviews, post jobs on multiple platforms, and assist with onboarding paperwork.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
• Post jobs on platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting channels
• Assist with orientations, onboarding paperwork, I-9 verification, and new hire processes
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and ensure hiring goals are met
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams
• Create recruiting flyers and advertisements to attract top talent
• Support HR and operations teams as needed
