You'll source contractors via social media and community events, guide initial paperwork and training, and build strong relationships to support contractors as they begin and grow their partnership with City Wide.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Be a talent scout using social media, job boards, and community events to attract contractors in Tulsa.
• Lead onboarding, guiding initial paperwork and training for contractors.
• Build relationships and be the go-to person for contractors navigating their partnership with City Wide.
