Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and social media.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Recruit applicants and conduct interviews to fill client open needs.
• Develop job descriptions and present positions to candidates.
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates for light industrial roles.
• Provide new hires with onboarding materials and payroll forms.
• Maintain accurate employee files and comply with federal requirements.
• Conduct background checks and drug screens as needed.
• Run New Hire Orientations and brief new hires on day one.
• Maintain communication with client contacts to ensure timely fills.
• Attend onsite client meetings and build partnerships.
