Job summary

Cardinal IG Tomah is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter/HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions and assist with other HR functions when recruiting is down. The role requires coordinating interviews, screenings, onboarding, and reporting data, and working with plant leaders to plan talent needs.

Responsibilities include translating safety messages, supporting incident reports, and communicating HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in HR full-cycle recruitment preferred.
• SHRM-CP certification required within two years of hire.
• Office 365 experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple positions (sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, tracking data).
• Manage hiring for multiple positions including pre-employment screenings and new hire orientation.
• Collect feedback from new hires and supervisors to improve onboarding.
• Partner with plant leaders to assist in hiring and talent planning.
• Work with plant superintendents to ensure job criteria are understood and assessed.
• Maintain recruiting sources to ensure candidate flow.
