Job summary

Cardinal Glass Industries, Inc. in Tomah, WI seeks a Bilingual Recruiter/HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions and support other HR functions when recruiting downtime occurs.

You will partner with plant leaders, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and assist in onboarding while translating safety communications and HR policies as needed. In-person role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in human resources full-cycle recruitment (preferred).
• SHRM-CP certification (will need to be certified within two years of hire).
• Office 365 experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple positions: sourcing applications/resumes, phone screenings, interviews, tracking and reporting data.
• Manage the hiring process for multiple positions: pre-employment screenings, orientation, and communicating new hire information to Supervisors and HR.
• Conduct check-ins with new hires and supervisors to gather feedback and identify training needs and onboarding improvements.
• Partner with plant leaders to identify hiring needs and provide expertise in hiring and talent planning.
• Work with plant supervisors to ensure job requirements are understood and candidate assessments are appropriate.
