Job summary

Cardinal IG Tomah is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter/HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruitment and support HR operations. The role includes sourcing, screenings, interviews, onboarding, and collaborating with plant leaders on hiring needs.

Candidates should communicate effectively in English and Spanish, maintain HR policies, and participate in training and conferences as needed. The office location is Tomah, WI, with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or equivalent preferred.
• SHRM-CP certification required within two years of hire.
• Experience in HR full-cycle recruitment preferred.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions: sourcing, screenings, interviews, and data reporting.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and communicate new hire information to Supervisors and HR.
• Conduct stay-in-touch check-ins with new hires and supervisors to identify training needs.
