Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of standard costing, inventory, WIP, and COGS.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with an ERP/manufacturing accounting system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze manufacturing costs for raw materials, direct labor, and overhead.
• Maintain standard costs for manufactured products and compare to actual costs.
• Analyze variances and cost drivers; prepare variance reports for management.
• Reconcile inventory and BOMs; support physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and COGS reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives across departments.
