Job Summary

Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract qualified and capable talent for the organization. Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Posts jobs online and assists advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the HR Director to complete the onboarding process, including form completion, orientation, and other required documentation.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Spanish interpreter for Benefits and other HR needs.
  • Performs other HR duties including but not limited to:
    • Payroll needs
    • Employee benefit needs
    • Employee inquiries
Qualifications
  • Proficient Spanish Language and speaking skills required.
  • BS degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.
  • Prior experience with data entry, administration, and computer skills is required.
  • Advanced training or certification in HR preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Open Office & Power Point.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations when they arise and make sound judgment.
  • Exceptional attendance.
