Job summary

Samsung E&A America Inc. in Texas is seeking an on-site Recruiter/HR Admin to serve as the primary recruiting contact between the 17BD T-Project site office and the Houston HR Team.

You will translate site staffing needs into clear recruitment requirements, support onboarding/offboarding, timekeeping, and HR records, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions and timely recruitment.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship.
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Korean and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required; 4+ years of combined HR and recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities and coordinate with hiring managers and the Houston HR Team.
• Experience in a construction, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Develop clear and consistent job descriptions and align with Houston HR Team.
• Serve as the primary on-site recruiting contact for the Houston HR Team and coordinate recruitment needs.
• Coordinate second-round interviews at the site, including logistics and participation.
• Maintain site HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
• Support timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and payroll data preparation; maintain HR documentation.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities and offboarding processes.
• Ensure timely communication with the Houston HR Team for HQ-dispatched employees.
