iLink Business Management is seeking a bilingual recruiter for our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location. The role focuses on recruiting for manufacturing, production, and logistics with a strong emphasis on bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Responsibilities include scheduling, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining employee files. The position requires 1–2 years of staffing experience, and offers standard day-shift hours with in-person work and some overtime as needed.

Competenze

• Bilingual read and write (English and Spanish) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience in staffing.

Mansioni

• Scheduling, Screening, Recruiting, and Interviewing potential candidates.
• On-board and train new employees.
• Implement company culture, values, and policies.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
• Accurately maintain employee files.
• Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone.
• Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet job requirements.

• Review and analyze resumes.
