Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience (Preferred).
• Experience using ATS or CRM systems is (Required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily hiring targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Communicate with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish
• Utilize ATS systems to track applicants, update records, and manage candidate pipelines
• Conduct phone screenings, in-person/video interviews, and onboarding support
• Coordinate start dates, collect required documentation, and assist candidates through the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with company and client hiring requirements
• Perform other job duties as assigned
