ServiceMaster Elite Janitorial in Columbus, OH seeks a motivated Recruiter to source, screen, and hire for active accounts. This front-line role requires building strong candidate relationships in English and Spanish and partnering with hiring managers to fill openings quickly.

You'll post jobs, conduct interviews, maintain candidate records, and track metrics. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within HR as you demonstrate success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn an ATS quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a bilingual candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Post and manage job openings across boards, company site, and social media.
• Maintain candidate records and track recruiting metrics.
