Job summary

Dexterra Group in the United States is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual English & Spanish) on a 3-month contract. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for hospitality, general labour, and trades across remote services.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating with HR and managers. The position offers hybrid/remote work, with contract-to-full-time potential and a supportive team led by Workforce Planning & Business Analyst.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or a related field is an asset.
• At least 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience for industrial/skilled trades and hospitality across multiple locations.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; strong customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Smart Recruiters is an asset; proficient in MS Office suite and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage all requisitions within remote services.
• Screen candidates through resume reviews and phone screens.
• Conduct planning conversations with hiring managers and determine sourcing channels.
• Create candidate pipelines and develop interview questions for hourly roles.
• Coordinate offer letters, start dates, onboarding, and D&A testing with HR.
• Lead and participate in new hire orientations and recruitment information sessions.
