Job summary

Dexterra is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual - English & Spanish) for a 3-month contract. The role is full-time and involves sourcing, recruiting, and managing requisitions across hospitality, general labor, and trades within the remote services division.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and participate in onboarding, while collaborating with HR and managers to fill the recruitment pipeline and strengthen the Dexterra brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume recruiting for industrial, skilled trades and hospitality.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for hospitality, general labor, and trades.
• Coordinate recruitment planning with managers and HR.
• Develop postings, manage ATS, and build candidate pipelines.
