Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual English & Spanish) for a 3-month contract. The role includes full-cycle recruitment across hospitality, general labour, and trades, with remote/hybrid work options.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, partnering with HR to fill requisitions and build a strong talent pipeline. Candidates should have at least 3 years in high-volume recruiting, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with Smart Recruiters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or relevant field is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume recruiting for industrial/skilled trades and hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and build candidate pipelines in tight labor markets.
• Initiative to develop creative recruitment solutions for active and passive candidates.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with HR and stakeholders.
• Experience with Smart Recruiters is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and MS Outlook.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage all requisitions (Hospitality, General Labour, Trades) within remote services.
• Develop postings, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and participate in onboarding.
• Screen candidates through resume review and phone screens.
• Conduct recruitment planning with hiring managers.
• Determine sourcing channels and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Create and manage candidate pipelines for future needs.
• Prepare interview questions for hourly field-based roles.
• Coordinate offer letters with HR, including wage, start date, orientation, and background checks.
• Send accurate offer letters and lead offer presentations.
• Ensure onboarding documents are completed on time.
• Run new hire orientations and participate in information sessions and career fairs.
• Maintain recruitment tracking and use ATS (Smart Recruiters) for candidate management.
