Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a fluent Bilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our team, serving clients in Afrikaans and English. This role focuses on expanding reach, sourcing multilingual candidates, and building strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, translate materials as needed, and contribute to business development, leveraging language skills to connect with diverse talent pools. A relevant degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment databases and job boards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates in Afrikaans and English.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Translate recruitment materials and communications as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable candidates and client opportunities.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their skills and experience.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client leads.
