Job summary

First Team Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Staffing Recruiter to join our Tampa team. This role focuses on high-volume outreach, candidate screening, and building strong relationships with employees and clients.

You will recruit, interview, and present job opportunities by phone and in person, while guiding candidates through onboarding. The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting and customer service experience, with bilingual Spanish/English skills and a valid

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience required.
• Previous customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Entry-level computer and telephone skills required.
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; ability to read and write in Spanish.
• Creole language skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, upbeat, and motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective and existing candidates.
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for available positions.
• Present and explain job opportunities to candidates by phone and in person.
• Assist candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Counsel employees regarding attendance, punctuality, workplace policies, and performance concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, supervisors, and hiring managers.
• Respond to candidate and employee questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Support daily recruiting and staffing office operations.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Staffing Recruiter to join our Tampa team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, making a high volume of phone calls, recruiting candidates, and building strong relationships with employees and clients.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Full-time
