Swipejobs is hiring a bilingual onsite recruiter in Jessup, MD to recruit and onboard staff for a warehouse facility. The role works Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, in a branch office setting, paying $25/hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities include partnering with managers, coordinating onboarding, and serving as the HR point of contact. Requires English/Spanish fluency and prior recruiting experience.

Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (some Saturdays)
