Environment Control Southwest Ohio seeks a energetic Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to engage local communities and online applicants in English and Spanish. Based in Columbus, OH, this full-time role offers a 40-hour week and pay of $18 per hour with weekly Fridays payroll.

You will conduct outreach, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and maintain candidate records while delivering friendly, professional service in both languages to diverse applicants.
