Job summary

Morales Group, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to join our Indianapolis team. You will own recruiting from sourcing through placement and build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

This fast-paced, high-volume role requires English and Spanish communication, creativity in sourcing from job boards, social media, referrals and events, and collaboration with Sales and Operations to deliver great talent.
