Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation abilities and clear communication to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Temps works/Beyond and Uattend.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
• Ability to research market trends and use social media management tools for talent sourcing.
• Experience with sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation to attract top talent.
• Excellent relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is required to communicate across diverse candidate pools.

• Provide morning and after-start check-ins for new hires.
• Identify candidates across multiple channels, including managing social media sourcing efforts.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential.
• Present and negotiate job offers in line with company policies and applicable employment and labor laws.
• Maintain candidate pipelines through lead generation and talent management activities.
• Keep accurate records of recruiting activities within the ATS.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and client prospects through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and assist onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support succession planning by identifying high-potential talent for future leadership roles.
