Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Previous recruiting experience in corporate, staffing, or agency environments.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Conduct interviews in French and English (phone, virtual, in person).
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates and hiring teams.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruiting activities and documentation.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and develop talent networks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
