Job summary

Community Health Resources in Manchester, CT is hiring a Bilingual Recovery Support Worker for full-time, 40 hours/week. Requires a Bachelor’s, or HS with extensive experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS with 4+ years lived or AS/AA with 2+ years lived or professional experience considered.
• At least two years’ experience in a substance use setting preferred; served people with substance use/mental health in community.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery management checkups and case management with clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical team; coordinate services and support.
• Document services and contacts per agency standards.
• Maintain collateral supports and involve natural supports in planning.
