Job summary

Merakey seeks a dedicated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Certified Recovery Specialist or Certified Peer Specialist for our Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia, PA (19122). The ideal candidate holds an active CRS or CPS certification and delivers recovery support through scheduled visits and on-demand interactions.

Responsibilities include facilitating CRS groups, managing the Resource Room, assisting with reinstatement processes, and supporting front desk operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active CRS or CPS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality recovery support services through scheduled appointments and on-demand client interactions.
• Provide support for clients requiring higher levels of care, including reinstatement processes.
• Facilitate CRS groups regularly as assigned.
• Oversee and maintain the program’s Resource Room, keeping it organized and well-stocked.
• Support front desk and upper lobby operations, including coverage for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Coordinate and maintain resource tables in the lobby, distribute materials, conduct surveys, and perform basic assessments.
