Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Bilingual required.

• Prior experience in Residential or Drug and Alcohol treatment setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a DBHIDS- and SCA-funded Recovery House, ensuring compliance with licensing, audit standards, and organizational policies.
• Supervise recovery house staff, manage admissions and discharges, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Provide timely updates, documentation, and feedback to support program oversight and compliance.
