Job summary

Civicworks is seeking a Court Program Specialist II in Miami to manage participants in the post-adjudicatory adult drug court. You will coordinate treatment planning, monitor progress, and maintain communication with judges, providers, and probation officers.

You will conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, link participants to resources, and report to the Adult Drug Court Coordinator. Funding through June 30, 2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, mental health counseling, or related field.
• Three years of related professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and online platforms.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages participants in Miami-Dade's post-adjudicatory adult drug court, coordinating treatment planning and monitoring progress.
• Maintains communication with judges, treatment providers, and probation officers.
• Conducts assessments and crisis intervention; links participants to community resources.
• Reports to the Adult Drug Court Coordinator and ensures state-funded program continuity.
