Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to engage in sales conversations is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage with customers, offering insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and projects.
