MOHR Talent in North Miami, FL is seeking a Bilingual Reception & Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the showroom. You will greet customers, handle calls, coordinate appointments, and support the showroom and sales team in English and Spanish.

This full-time onsite role requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar role preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Professional appearance and communication style.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in North Miami.
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guests as they arrive.
