• Flexibility to work some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guests as they arrive.
• Provide a friendly and professional first impression.
• Handle incoming calls and connect customers with the appropriate team member.
• Help coordinate customer appointments and schedules.
• Answer basic questions and direct requests to the right department.
• Keep the reception area neat and presentable.
