You will also participate in sales conversations, offering insurance solutions and providing excellent service while coordinating administrative tasks for the office. Bilingual Spanish required to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
