This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners while providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary receptionist, working closely with the administrative team to support daily business functions.
- Answer and route incoming calls, including handling overflow and backflow calls as needed.
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish by taking loss reports and gathering claim information over the phone.
- Process claim‑related documentation, including attaching and uploading documents into company systems.
- Enter and maintain W‑9 information accurately within the system.
- Manage and process returned physical mail.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be Spanish bilingual, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 1+ years of prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling phone‑based customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
